Welcome to Heal, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to see what we are accomplishing and engage with us. 

A little bit about me…

I always knew something was wrong, however it was very difficult to understand what was going on in my head

I tried therapy, and to this day I take 150mg of sertraline daily. Nothing seemed to work very well, however I can say that medication has helped to take the edge off

Here’s the thing though - If I can carry on and strive towards a better and more clear tomorrow, then so can you

Long story short, I started making candles with these weird, quirky names as a way of expressing my passion for finding comfort and joy in this life

If I can inspire even just one person to rekindle their flame, then that’s the most important accomplishment of my life, and I hope it can be my part in this crazy, unpredictable world we live in.
